RedTail Solutions provides an out of the box integrated EDI solution without costly, custom programming, for users of middle-market accounting systems for manufacturing and distribution based businesses. By incorporating a standard direct, seamless integration, the RedTail Transaction Manager™ enables suppliers to process their purchase orders easily and routinely, without any manual or duplicate key entry of information, and then send the purchase orders directly to their accounting system. Invoices and shipping information that are generated within the accounting system are automatically routed back through the RedTail Transaction Manager™ and to RedTail’s servers where they are transformed and forwarded on to the corresponding trading partner.

Unlike other "integrated" solutions, RedTail accounting interfaces automatically validate product description and shipping data and internal pricing rules, creating cross-references where necessary to maintain the integrity of the client’s accounting systems and database. Transactions receive a second level of validation as they pass through RedTail’s servers to dramatically reduce error levels in transactions.

Finally, RedTail’s service includes automatic updates for accounting interfaces as well as trading partner requirements at no additional cost.
