| RedTail Transaction Manager™
The RedTail Transaction Manager™ is the key component in providing a comprehensive EDI solution, by allowing suppliers to receive and review electronic purchase orders and send them directly to their accounting or business system, where they are processed routinely without any manual or duplicate key entry of data. Invoices and shipping information that are generated are automatically routed back to RedTail Solutions for transformation and then forwarded to the corresponding trading partner.
The RedTail Transaction Manager™ enables the transfer and processing of both inbound and outbound EDI documents including:
- Importing purchase orders to a supported accounting system
- Creating advance shipping notification documents (ASN)
- Creating UCC-128 labels
- Creating purchase order acknowledgements
- Exporting invoices to RedTail Solutions, and then on to the corresponding trading partner
- Creating invoice documents for non-integrated
